SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping

We currently ship orders from Norway.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

For deliveries within Norway, the estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after your order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside Norway, the customer may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

MIJA Jewelry is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
