Processing
Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and Norwegian public holidays. If an item is made to order or temporarily unavailable, its product page will show the applicable timeframe or we will contact you.
Delivery and cost
Available delivery methods, prices and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout before you place your order. Delivery estimates begin when the parcel is handed to the carrier and are not guaranteed arrival dates. We will send tracking details when the selected service provides them.
International orders
Any import duties, taxes or customs handling fees payable in the destination country will be shown at checkout if collected there; otherwise they may be charged by the carrier or local authorities on delivery.
Address or delivery issue
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us promptly at hello@mijajewelry.com with your order number. If a parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and help resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory rights.
