Order & Shipping Confirmation:
Order and shipping confirmations will be sent via e-mail to the e-mail address provided.

Standard Delivery:
Unless an expedited service is requested, your order will be shipped with UPS ground services, which can take up to 3-5 days for delivery. Our standard shipping does not require a signature upon delivery. If you would like a signature required, please either select this option duirng the check out process or call us at (202) 904-2192. Shipments and deliveries normally occur on weekdays. However, Saturday delivery is available for an additional fee. For Saturday delivery, please call us at (202) 904.2192.

Overnight Delivery:
Please call us at (202) 904-2192 to schedule an overnight delivery for an additional charge.

Deliveries to International Destinations and some U.S. Territories:
Please contact us at (202) 904-2192 between 9:30am and 6:00pm U.S. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday for international deliveries and deliveries to some U.S. Territories. Please note that the customer is responsible for all duties and taxes.

Gift Orders:
For gift shipments, we can send a gift receipt instead of a sales receipt and we can also include a hand written note with your message. If you would like either of these services, please call us at (202) 904-2192 to let us know.
